After-Hours Support
Yellowhead Regional Library offers assistance when you experience critical service outages outside of normal work hours. The after-hours emergency support number should only be called if the problem encountered results in a library being unable to carry out critical functions, defined as:
- Login to Polaris
- Check out/in
- Patron registration
- TRACpac searching
A problem with a single item (e.g., locked record) does not constitute an emergency. This should be directed to YRL staff to be resolved the next business day.
How to access after-hours emergency support
- Call us at 1-877-452-8722.
- Leave a message, including your name, phone number, library and a brief description of the problem.
- YRL support staff will call you back.
