Polaris Upgrade

Thank you for your patience during the upgrade. The update has been deployed to all workstations, please allow time for it to update your machine after you log in for the first time. Please do not restart your computer after logging in as this may interrupt the process.

Note: If your staff workstation was added within the past six months, it may have been missed in the upgrade queue. Please contact Rem or Rob if it has not updated.

Update: 10:05AM
The Polaris client is currently being deployed to staff workstations.  If the Polaris icon on your computer says 6.4, you may use it. If it still says 6.2, do not use it. 

After you log in for the first time, it can take upwards of 30 minutes for it to update on your computer and the icon to change. Please wait 30 minutes after logging in before contacting us. If it’s past 12:00PM and you’ve waited the 30 minutes since logging in, you may contact Rem or Rob for assistance.

The following staff tools are now available: 

  • Leap 
  • SimplyReports 
  • CCD 

Update: 8:55AM

Patron-facing services have been restored, including:

  • TRACpac 
  • eResources authentication (including OverDrive, cloudLibrary)
  • Polaris integrations on library websites 
  • ME Libraries login 

Upgrade Information
Due to a system upgrade, Polaris and other related services will be unavailable from 6:30 AM to approximately 1 PM.
