Discover all the resources offered by TRAC and YRL in the TRACpac app for Apple and Android devices. Developed by Solus UK, you can:

• Search the catalogue
• View your account to manage your checkouts and holds
• Rediscover old favorites from your reading history
• Link multiple cards in the same family for one-stop account management
• Access eResources
• Scan ISBN barcodes to see if the library has a copy

Click & Collect 

Curbside pickup may be a feature of the "new normal" -- wouldn't it be great if there was a tool that made that quicker and easier? The answer is, there is! With Click & Collect through the TRACpac app, this service is enhanced. Here's how it works:

• Using the TRACpac app, patrons can choose the Click & Collect option when they have holds available for pickup. If the library is open for curbside, patrons will be able to let the library know they are on their way.
• Ding! The library gets automatically notified via the staff dashboard that someone is coming. The dashboard will show them which items to pull. Then, with one click library staff check out the materials within the dashboard. No need to go into Polaris!
• Once the patron arrives, they use the app to tell the library they are there and staff bring out the materials to them. Easy peasy!

Self-service

Another exciting feature in the TRACpac app is the option for libraries to enable patrons to check out their own material. This innovative feature promotes social distancing and turns patron devices into self-service machines, reducing the need for future self-service hardware.
